Junk Removal Pricing Made Simple

Pricing is based on trailer volume (how full the load is) and access. We give firm, on-site estimates before any work begins and back every job with our 48-hour make-it-right guarantee.

Trailer Volume Example Ranges

Most jobs fall between $175–$900 depending on volume and labor/access. Use these example ranges as a starting point — final pricing is confirmed on-site.

Common Add-ons

What's Included

• Two-person crew, lifting and removal from where items sit
• Responsible disposal and recycling whenever possible
• Sweep-up and light tidy of the pickup area

Commercial & Construction

• Offices, retail cleanouts, and light construction debris are quoted on-site based on volume, access, and material type.
• We accommodate 7 AM-7 PM scheduling and after-hours windows.
• COIs, vendor onboarding, and multi-site quotes available on request.

What Can Change the Price

• Distance to the items (curbside vs inside pickup, stairs, elevators, long carries)
• Material type (mixed junk vs dense debris like dirt/brick/roofing)
• Heavy/special items (pianos, safes, large hot tubs, etc.)
• Surcharges for hazardous materials, freon appliances, or restricted disposal items
